I got my new Sprint 2 weeks ago and it’s great. I had to do lots of research to come to the right bike for me.
I am heavy 118Kg and 5’11’ and haven’t exercised for many years so needed something to encourage me to get out and get fitter. The sprint is step through and easy to mount and powerful enough to easily get me up the most challenging hills in my area. The suspension is really good.
All I had to do was fit the pedals , front wheel and handlebar and was ready to go within an hour of receiving it.
I was a little nervous to start but it is so easy. You barely need to turn the crank before the motor kicks in so there is no worries about moving off from a start.
I’ve been out on it every day and loving it. Doing about 10 miles a day and started using it to go to the shop for groceries. I’ve only charged it once so battery range is excellent.

Even with the recent cold snap putting a bit of a damper on my mileage – I’m still absolutely smitten with my bike. It fires up smoothly every time, and still brings that same thrill as the first day I got it.

I had been looking for an electric bike for a long time—one that would work well in traffic and also be good for getting around urban areas. I found that bikes with cadence sensors only start their motor after you pedal quite hard, which isn’t great in traffic. On the other hand, those with torque sensors are much better for traffic because they give power instantly and accelerate smoothly.

I searched for ages but couldn’t find an e-bike that had both these features together. Eventually, I came across the Cyrusher website. I looked through many of their models, and the Cyrusher Sprint Blue Step through ebike really caught my eye. I ordered it straight away.

As soon as it was delivered, I tried it out—and I absolutely love it! When I’m riding in traffic, I switch it to torque sensor mode. When I’m on flat roads or streets, I use the cadence sensor setting instead. It makes riding so enjoyable, and I never get tired at all.

This e-bike is really powerful with 87nm torque and it’s fully legal to use here in the UK too. Their customer service is excellent as well—every time I’ve asked a question, they’ve replied very quickly. Thank you so much!

I have done a lot of research looking for the perfect electric bike and I finally opted for Cyrusher as the reviews have been very good.
I opted for the Sprint because it has the pannier rack on the back.
The colour option was green, not my first choice, but you don't look at the bike when riding!
The bike arrived on time and I put it together in line with the instructions. Really clear to follow.
The rear wheel would not move and I had to adjust the mud guard to allow it to do so.
The wheel moved but there was a noise with the wheel catching whilst rotating.
The pannier rack had been fitted too low down. After adjustment there is now space and the rear wheel rotated freely.
I didn't fancy removing the back wheel so this was adjusted through the spokes. I am not sure what I'll do when I get a puncture. 🤞🙏🤔.
In terms of components, some reflect the price paid, however the handlebar stem bolt connecting to the frame needs "beefing up", the Allen key is showing signs of wear on this critical connection.
The battery was fully charged and i need to work out the difference between torque and cadence mode.
Unfortunately, I cannot read the tyre pressure on the side wall so will need advise on this.
I am looking forward to using the bike on a regular basis.
I couldn't give a 5 because of the niggles which I was able to fix, but it wouldn't allow me to give a 4.7

Purchased this e-bike for my wife. She rode the bike last week on vacation and put approximately 50 miles on it. The full suspension was absolutely great.

So far so good all went together very easy not rode it far yet as the weather has been so bad looking forward to the better weather when I can get out on it.

Very nice bike, and high-performing. The comfort is excellent. It just needs a little more seat height (the seat tube is a bit short, I'm 1.84m tall), I like to pedal with my legs straight at the maximum gradient...

I absolutely love my new Cyrusher Sprint ebike! I’ve been riding my new Sprint for a few weeks now about town, and I absolutely love it. As a city bike, it’s spot on—the step-through frame makes hopping on and off at traffic lights or popping into shops so much easier than my old racer. It handles the streets brilliantly and feels really smooth over the bumps.

That shade of green is just gorgeous; it’s got a lovely classic look to it, and I’ve actually had a couple of people stop me to ask where I got it. It feels proper sturdy but isn't too heavy to manage. Honestly, if you’re after a reliable runaround for the daily commute, I can’t recommend it enough.

Arrived 3 days early. Luckily I was in.
Well packed, thankfully as the courier wasn’t very careful whilst making the delivery, packaging was damaged.
Easy to put together. Love the bike, smooth to ride. Easy to go into electric mode. Battery was charged when it arrived.
Have used several times & still have a fair amount of battery life left.
Would recommend!

Climbing hills is totally stress-free – it’s such a joy to ride. The reach between the handlebars and saddle felt a bit awkward at first, but once you get used to it, it’s absolutely fine.

My husband and I purchased this bike and a Roam 2 weeks ago - we are in our 60's. The bikes have renewed a sense of adventure for us! We ride every day and take them on trips with us. The bikes handle well on rough trails but they are not for technically difficult trails. Work great on the beach sand at low tide. We are very happy with our purchase.
