Important Tips

Please keep your original box and packing materials for at least 14 days after delivery for any potential return. You will be charged up to £50 if request for sending packing box(s) from Cyrusher to fulfill any return. 


Thank you for shopping with us. We’re confident you’ll love your Cyrusher electric bike—but if for any reason you need to return it, we’re here to help. This policy applies to purchases made directly from Cyrusher.co.uk official website.



14-Day Return Window (UK Customers)

 

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer services team by online form,  online chat, telephone or email to advise that you would like to return your order. within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The e-bike must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

  • All original accessories, manuals, and packaging materials must be included.

  • You must return the item within 14 days after your cancellation notice.

  • Returns must be sent via your chosen logistics provider at your own cost.

 

⚠️ Note: A £200 restocking fee will apply to all approved returns to cover inspection, packaging, and handling.


If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts, we may deduct up to 20% of the item value based on actual loss.


Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Restocking fees and any applicable damage deductions will be subtracted from the refund.

  • Standard delivery fees (if charged) will be refunded. Premium or express shipping is non-refundable.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Please arrange return through your preferred courier.

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping cost or offer a pickup label.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or assembled e-bikes

  • Customized models or special orders

  • Accessories sold separately (unless faulty)

  • E-bikes returned without original packaging or components


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your e-bike arrives damaged or develops a fault under warranty, please contact us at [ uk@cyrusher.com]. We will arrange inspection, repair, or replacement as appropriate.

How long will my refund take?

We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of receiving the product back.

How will I be refunded?

Your refund will be issued via the same method that the order was paid for. If you paid via credit card your refund will be issued to the same card used for the order. If you paid via PayPal the refund will be issued via PayPal.How will a Klarna order be refunded?

We will notify Klarna once we have received and checked any returned items. Where a full order is returned Klarna will refund any deposit paid and cancel any future payments. Where only part of an order is returned the item costs will be deducted from your remaining balance by Klarna. You can mark items as returned in the Klarna app to pause your payments.
