The Cyrusher e-bike is fantastic had it about a week or so the Battery range is superb
Provides long-lasting power for daily commutes and extended touring rides.the torque sensor is also fantastic as this is the first one I have had it is smooth and picks up really well to get you to the speed you need.
The only downside is the gear selecter as it has no numbers on it so hard to tell which gear you are in but apart from that an excellent product would recommend it to anyone.

first ever electric bike rides well and light weight excellent A+
Being 5’9, many BIG bikes are too heavy really. The voyage takes care of that problem while exceeding the performance of the other bikes. Customer service is awesome. I got replies on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. Was not expecting that. All in all, I love the Voyage! Going to be buying 2 more.

Bike riding has never been so easy! I am a big guy 6ft 260 and this bike makes it so easy to ride uphill and still get exercise with peddle assist. I find myself using it more than my car.
A quality built bike perfect for day to day use.
Good riding position, comfortable and smooth gear change. I would prefer the LED info was higher up possibly at handlebar level but this is a small compromise. The Nike is well worth considering.

Great buy but was disappointed to see it was discounted a further £100 the next week. Performs well but has arrived with a faulty fixing point for the rack, which to be fair the company have agreed to have repaired for which they will pay. Otherwise impressed with the quality and performance. It would be nice to have construction instructions with it as all that is on the web are for the controls, but anyone with some sense could work it out and is half built out of the box.I would recommend the make.
There is absolutely nothing in this price bracket that can even compete with the specification of the Cyrusher Asuka. To get a Shimano Tiagra 10-speed drivetrain combined with Shimano hydraulic disc brakes and a premium Samsung 36V 14Ah battery at this price point is unheard of.The build quality is exceptional, featuring an impressive 150kg maximum load and adjustable air suspension forks with a lockout feature. Thanks to the 28x45C tyres and a very reasonable total weight of under 25kg (including the battery!), riding this bike without any electric assist feels surprisingly light and easy. It handles beautifully just like a high-quality analogue trekking bike.Visually, it is a masterclass in design. It looks like a standard, sleek bicycle rather than a bulky e-bike. The minimalistic display integrated into the frame is a fantastic touch – crystal clear and perfectly readable even in direct British sunlight. And the absolute best part? The software gives you the freedom to choose your riding zone depending on where you are. You can easily switch between UK/EU and US/private land mode. If you know, you know! :) Highly recommended.
As. a 72 year old I was beginning to struggle up hills. After the first trial ride with the new bike I think I will be able to go cycling more often. It will take a while to get used to the bike but at the moment I am thrilled with it.

Delivered in very good condition. all parts were quality and fitted together without problems. I found it hard to adjust the stem but that was nothing to do with the quality. The bike seems heavier than expected though I haven’t weighed it. Cannot comment about riding it yet
Regarding my VOYAGE bike, purchased for Christmas 2025... delivered very quickly... everything is OK.
Overall, I am completely satisfied with its aesthetics, features (Shimano, Samsung, Bafang), and the high-quality construction. It suits me very well (I'm 1.87 m tall), is well-balanced, and therefore easy to ride and handle.
Objectively, the value for money is unbeatable (thanks to the promotion).
Of course, a few remarks nonetheless:
-- No bell, which is mandatory.
-- The brakes lack a bit of bite (brake pads not optimal??). Nothing serious, but the enjoyment and efficiency would be better! This VOYAGE bike is a pleasant surprise!

Knowing there’s somewhere to buy replacement parts when you’re in a fix is a massive relief. That said, delivery times are quite long, so I’ve learned it’s wise to keep spares handy for anything urgent.

First of all, I would like to thank the super responsive customer service. I had some problems with the driver and Jenny was very responsive, thank you again. So I received the bike yesterday, assembly was quite easy and looks great (if you like Orange). I tested it and took it in hand today to go to work 20km from my home. The round trip went very well, just half the battery used even though there are a lot of climbs, a bumpy road. Excellent value for money. The speed is a little jarring at first but you get used to it. thank you Cyrusher for making your bikes accessible to everyone.
