Performance Disclaimer
Listed top speeds and ranges for each bike are estimates and not guarantees of expected performance. Many factors affect bike performance, including but not limited to: PAS level, rider weight, cargo weight, terrain type, incline grade, pedal usage, wind conditions, temperature, and tire pressure. Under different conditions, ranges and top speeds may vary from the listed estimates.
Maintenance Recommendations (for Warranty Validity)
To maintain warranty coverage and ensure safe operation:
After 500km of use: Clean battery/motor connectors with a dry cloth; check normal charging (no overheating); avoid full battery discharge; lubricate the motor (planetary gear track & internal bearings); inspect chain wear and lubricate; check brake pad thickness (replace if <1mm); adjust cable tension if needed; clean fork pivots; inflate tires to the pressure indicated on the tire side; tighten all bolts (seat, handlebar, wheels) to proper torque; check for exposed electrical wires; clean the frame with soapy water (avoid high-pressure jets near electrical components).
Every 1000km: A full professional inspection is recommended to ensure all components are in good working condition. If the bike is not used for an extended period, it is critical for safety to recheck its assembly and adjustment status before reuse. (critical for safety).
Credit Card Chargebacks
If for any reason a credit card chargeback of any amount is issued on an order and the customer is still in possession of the product(s) within said order, the warranty will be paused until the chargeback is resolved.
