So I got my cyrusher roam a few weeks ago. And my initial findings are this. The cyrusher roam is a excellent e-bike that delivers power and comfort. Although I have found that some of the specifications given about this bike from cyrusher do not live up there expectations.that said let me explain it's rated to do about 60 miles on a single charge if found I got 30 miles but. I am around 95kg and carry another 8-10kg in my bag for work so a total of 105kg and in that 30 miles of commuting there's around 3-4 miles of hills half of those very steep and half a mile long. But this bike is very comfortable to ride with the fat tyres and suspension it's like riding on air . And when I tackle those very steep hills with vert little support from me in power assist 5 you really do feel that power kick in and gets me up the hills quickly and easily you will not be disappointed with bike. I have been mostly using the tougue sensor when riding my bike and I noticed that I actually have not been out of 1st and 2nd gear and mostly use power assist level 2 apart from on those larger hills.it also on the display screen on the right hand side shows how much power the bike is delivering to the motor so to get a bit extra miles out the bike you just need to put a little more effort in.the bike has been providing about 90-95% of the power during my commutes . But in short I don't think anyone who buys a cyrusher roam will be disappointed it has style ,power, comfort and a decent range even for someone on the heavier build.and a last thing to mention those back lights also double up as brake lights which is a nice touch

Easy and intuitive!
?I'm amazed. Purchase, delivery, and assembly very easy. This bike is a delight. But the biggest surprise, which isn't in the description, is that it's a dual sensor: torque and cadence. By holding the + button for 3s, you switch from one mode to the other - it's really top of the top. I'm having a great time in the forest and other trails. Too bad the mudguards are optional, but the surprise of the dual sensor makes you forget this detail. Cyrusher, you really should modify the description because this is a huge advantage. I also add the great communication with Cyrusher.

Response to my questions has been good, particularly telephone help. Delivery was very good and I was kept informed all the way through the process. The instructions in the manual were out of date, however a phone call sorted out any issues.
Took me hours to put rack fenders and wheel on .it is also heavier and higher off the ground than I anticipated it would be getting on and off is a struggle for me I have short legs but am 5ft 9in tall I have not ridden it yet due to the weather but I hope I can manage it ok we will have to wait and see

I love mine too, I drive a lot of miles on level one, 37 miles using only 32% of the battery
I bought the bike a month ago and is been great, fast, powerful, easy to Handel, I wish the handle bar was higher from grand to top, I added a stem to raise up the hight but still I have to bend .
I have back problems and cannot lean towards for too long.
I wish manufacturers should make some adjustments for it.
I'm very happy with my purchase and highly recommend.
Hi Cyrusher. I found tge bike very straight forward to assemble. However there was no instructions with the mudguard and stand set. It took me attempts to assemble. I have found Cyrusher very easy to communicate with and had a slight warranty issue with a broken mirror. This has been no problem for Cyrusher to rectify though.
I am enjoying my new bike and have already clocked up mikes on it.
Very pleased with the bike, hills don't exist with this bike, very powerful and comfortable. The only negative i had was assembly, the front brake line was wrapped around the fork so i had to remove the fork to be able to mount the bars also had to adjust the gears to get 1st not a problem for me but might be for some, that aside again really pleased with the bike and would 100% recommend.
The bikes are beautiful, easy to operate, and fun to ride. We enjoy and our bikes.
Great bike, best i ever ridden! Feels strong and solid,very powerfull i was towing another bike up the hill at 30+ km/h without much effort. Smooth and responsive. Very easy to assemble.
