Ovia

Well i nearly had my Ovia for a year now, and still when i get off my Ovia, i cant wait for my next ride . The Cyrusher crew have been good to me, They give me an up to date controller, so that i can have a tail, brake light, as you can see in the video.. I was 73 years old in my last review, But now i`m 74 and still love this bike. Thank you everyone.

Rode 150 miles in last week on our Trax and Ovia, getting over 50 miles range, very impressive. Fantastic bikes compares to previous electric bikes owned. Wife is so much more confident on the fat tyres (we are retired).

Being a big heavy lad exercise isn't my favourite thing but I've always enjoyed cycling, my 1st ride out I was grinning from ear to ear as the bike is so much fun, we covered 13 miles on our 1st jaunt, 2nd ride we were away in Wales were we tackled some hills and covered 11 miles The bike is such good build quality and easy to assemble, I'm already looking at the Quest as my next possible bike but will enjoy this one for now, I picked the Red and its a stunner and turns heads wherever I go, it's either that or a big lad flying down the road on a bike

It has arrived!

A few photos (and a short video clip) from yesterday evening. First time I’ve taken the Ovia off road and was impressed by its ability to soak up the bumps. Even it’s hill climbing ability was quite impressive!
The bike was great out the box but I’ve done a few modifications for my needs (and for fun).

Getting used to the bike and loving it. Just nervous getting on and off it but that is my fear of falling.

I added new sturdier (and more puncture resistant) tyres plus a lockable hard case which screws directly onto the rear rack.
A Seaty Foldylock and Abus Alarm for security.

Bike is ny christmas present and still in crate awaiting warmer and better weather to assemble and enjoy so, for honest reply best recontact me in four months time...At the moment I'm full of expectation

Had the bike three weeks. Delivery and assembly all went as planned. Brilliant bike outdid all my expectations. Performs great, looks great. In fact looks so good it was stolen out of a locked bike shed within a month. Gutted.!!!

This is a really nice Ebike. Very easy to ride, seems powerful enough to carry an 18 stone person. Already bought some accessories, rear-basket, indicators, pump etc. However, Cyrusher sales techniques are questionable; putting up a fictional rrp and then offering 50% off, offering £490 accessories for free, that after checking are barely worth £100 ..

I can't fault this bike. It has a great range, is very well built, stable and I can ride it anywhere.

But there's more...

Presales and after sales customer service is serving to none. When these people say they will do something, they do it. They go out of their way to make people happy. The information they provided me was 100 percent correct and given very quickly. When I asked for specific dimensions of part of the bike they sent me a picture of someone measuring the part so I could see for myself. They answered every single question I asked.

I've never experienced customer service as good as this. Simply faultless!

Very good service and enjoying the bike!

ordered tuesday was here Friday really nice bike

First class packing is the first thing you see. Riding experience is really good and although using the bike mainly on road and some rough tracks
it is superb. Softened the suspension so it is road compliant and am getting 65 miles between charges with my kind of use.

This is my 2nd e-bike and I just love it 🥰. I’ve only done about 25 miles so far but it’s been so easy and great fun, using both the cycling paths and cross country with such ease. I would definitely recommend this bike to anyone 😁

It’s the best thing I ever brought I done many miles in the short time I had the bike. It’s fun and I get a lot pleasure riding my bike.

Absolutely brilliant

From before I bought the Ovia to riding it for the 1st time, it's been one fantastic experience, fast delivery, excellent packaging, easy assembly, exceptional customer service. I have 3 cyrusher bikes and out of the 3 the Ovia is easily the best of the 3. If anyone is looking for an well built with a top specification, this is the one for you. I would give it a 10/10.

So far the Ovia appears to be a top-notch product, I was certainly impressed with the good packaging . Build quality, easy to put together & so far happy with the comfortable & responsive motor reaction also brakes and gear control all good without complaint. I have only done 33 miles so far but looking forward to doing many more.
