Bike charger not charging.

The old one lasted about a year .but the new one has arrived and is working ok but cyrusher reallly helpful as usual.

Genuine Charger

As expected, the charger worked perfectly on my Kuattro. What would be reassuring to the customer is whether the charger is certified for safety, to what standard, and by what authority has it been tested and passed. Particularly in view of the excessive cost by comparison to other chargers of same spec.

The charger connector to the bike in the description is not like the one for my komodo it should be a dc connector to the battery
