1. Programme Overview

The Cyrusher Consignment Programme is designed to give selected Ambassadors, YouTubers and other approved partners the opportunity to use suitable returned or refurbished Cyrusher bikes as demonstration, test-ride or content vehicles.

Returned bikes are normally prioritised for our local repair partners, who may refurbish and resell them. From time to time, however, we may make suitable bikes available to selected Ambassadors or content partners where we believe the bike can provide additional value through local demonstrations, customer engagement, real-world testing or content creation.

A consignment bike is not provided as a free promotional gift. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the bike remains with Cyrusher until the agreed conditions for ownership transfer have been fulfilled.

Participation in the programme is offered selectively and is subject to vehicle availability, vehicle condition and Cyrusher's assessment of the proposed arrangement.

2. Benefits of the Programme

Depending on the specific arrangement, a participating Ambassador or partner may benefit from:

  • Access to a Cyrusher bike for local demonstrations, test rides and/or content creation.

  • The opportunity to allow potential customers to experience the bike in person.

  • The opportunity to generate sales through their Cyrusher Ambassador code.

  • The ability to apply eligible Ambassador commissions toward the agreed cost of the consignment bike, where the commission-to-ownership option has been selected.

  • Access to Ambassador or partner pricing for certain accessories or replacement parts, where applicable.

  • Additional opportunities to create genuine, real-world content around the bike.

The exact benefits available may vary depending on the vehicle and the specific arrangement agreed with Cyrusher.

3. Vehicle Allocation and Condition

Each consignment vehicle is considered individually.

Returned bikes may vary in condition depending on their previous use, transportation history and the reason for return. Cyrusher will normally provide information about any known significant condition issues before the arrangement is confirmed.

Where Cyrusher has specifically agreed that a pre-existing issue should be addressed as part of preparing the bike for the programme, Cyrusher may provide appropriate replacement parts or other agreed support.

This does not normally include damage or parts replacement resulting from the Ambassador's own use, accident, misuse, negligence or third-party use of the bike.

Any exceptional support or alternative arrangement may be considered by Cyrusher depending on the circumstances.

4. Ownership and Use

Before the agreed ownership-transfer conditions have been fulfilled, the consignment bike remains the property of Cyrusher.

The bike may be used for agreed purposes such as:

  • Demonstrations

  • Supervised test rides

  • Customer engagement

  • Content creation

  • Personal product experience and testing

The Ambassador or partner must not sell, transfer, lend, permanently give away or otherwise dispose of the bike without Cyrusher's prior agreement.

The Ambassador or partner is expected to take reasonable care of the bike and keep it in a secure and suitable location while it is in their possession.

5. Demonstrations and Test Rides

Where test rides are offered, the Ambassador or partner is responsible for arranging and supervising them appropriately.

The bike should be checked before use to ensure that it is in a safe and suitable condition for the intended demonstration or test ride.

Test rides should be conducted in an appropriate and reasonably safe environment and in accordance with applicable local laws and safety requirements.

The Ambassador or partner should use reasonable judgement when deciding whether a particular person is suitable to test ride the bike.

Cyrusher may provide guidance regarding test rides and customer demonstrations where appropriate.

6. Maintenance, Repairs and Replacement Parts

The Ambassador or partner should contact Cyrusher if a significant mechanical or electrical issue is identified.

Where an issue relates to a pre-existing condition that was agreed to be addressed as part of the consignment arrangement, Cyrusher may provide replacement parts or other agreed support.

For damage, wear, loss or replacement requirements arising from the Ambassador's own use or from third-party use, replacement parts may be available at Ambassador, partner or other preferential pricing where appropriate.

Additional accessories requested for personal use or business purposes may also be purchased using applicable Ambassador discounts or, where agreed, eligible commission may be used toward the purchase.

The specific treatment of parts, labour and accessories may vary depending on the circumstances and will be agreed where necessary.

7. Ambassador Commission

During the consignment period, sales generated through the Ambassador's approved code or link may qualify for the standard Ambassador commission, subject to the applicable Ambassador Programme terms.

Where the commission-to-ownership option has been agreed, eligible commissions may be applied toward the agreed cost of the consignment bike.

Commission arrangements for the specific consignment bike must be agreed before the vehicle is provided.

8. Consignment Sale and Commission Options

Before a consignment bike is provided, Cyrusher and the Ambassador or partner will agree which commission structure applies to that particular vehicle.

The available structures may include:

Option A — Sale Commission

When the consignment bike is sold, the Ambassador or partner receives an agreed percentage of the final sale price.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard structure is:

20% of the final sale price.

The applicable sale price and sales process will be confirmed for the individual vehicle.

Option B — Commission-to-Ownership

An agreed cost for the consignment bike will be established before the bike is provided.

Eligible Ambassador commissions generated during the consignment period may be applied toward this agreed cost.

Once the agreed cost has been fully recovered and the applicable commissions have been approved, ownership of the bike will transfer to the Ambassador or partner, subject to the specific Participation Agreement.

The agreed cost is specific to the individual vehicle and does not necessarily represent the bike's original retail price or a standard programme price.

9. Loss, Theft and Damage

While the bike is in the possession of the Ambassador or partner, they are responsible for taking reasonable measures to protect it against theft, loss and avoidable damage.

This includes appropriate storage, reasonable security measures and reasonable care during transportation, demonstration and test rides.

If the bike is lost, stolen or seriously damaged while in the Ambassador's or partner's possession, the parties will discuss an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Where appropriate, Cyrusher may offer a replacement bike, replacement parts or another solution at an agreed preferential price.

Any such arrangement will be determined on a case-by-case basis and does not create a general obligation for Cyrusher to replace or refund a lost or damaged consignment bike.

10. Missing Accessories and Components

Any accessories, chargers, keys, batteries, components or other items supplied with the consignment bike should be retained and returned with the bike where applicable.

If an item is lost, missing or not returned, Cyrusher may recover the agreed replacement value through the applicable commission or another mutually agreed method.

The treatment of missing items may depend on the type and value of the item concerned.

11. Return and Collection

Cyrusher may request the return of a consignment bike where reasonably required, including where the bike is required to fulfil a customer order or where the consignment arrangement comes to an end.

Where Cyrusher requires the bike to be returned, Cyrusher will normally provide or arrange the appropriate return shipping method or collection.

The Ambassador or partner is responsible for preparing the bike appropriately for collection and ensuring that it is securely packaged where packaging is required.

The original bike packaging should be retained where reasonably possible. If suitable packaging is no longer available, the Ambassador or partner may be required to obtain appropriate packaging.

Specific collection or delivery arrangements may be agreed separately where local circumstances make this more practical.

12. Condition Before Return

Where a consignment bike is returned to Cyrusher, the bike should be returned in a condition reasonably consistent with its agreed use under the programme, allowing for normal wear and tear.

Cyrusher may request photographs or other information regarding the condition of the bike before collection.

The Ambassador or partner may also be asked to record the bike's mileage, accessories and other relevant details before return.

13. Responsibility and Exceptions

The Ambassador or partner accepts responsibility for reasonable care of the bike while it is in their possession.

Cyrusher will normally remain responsible for genuine product defects and agreed pre-existing issues in accordance with the applicable circumstances and support arrangements.

Cyrusher is not normally responsible for loss, theft, accidental damage, misuse, negligence or damage arising from the Ambassador's or a third party's use of the bike, except where otherwise required by applicable law or specifically agreed by Cyrusher.

Cyrusher may consider reasonable exceptions or alternative arrangements where circumstances justify doing so.

14. Changes and Individual Arrangements

This Policy provides the general framework for the Cyrusher Consignment Programme.

Because returned vehicles, partner circumstances and local arrangements may vary, Cyrusher reserves the right to agree reasonable variations or exceptions for individual consignment arrangements.

Any material variation to the standard programme terms should be confirmed in writing before or during the relevant consignment arrangement.

The specific vehicle, commission structure, agreed cost, responsibilities and any special conditions will be confirmed in the Consignment Programme Participation Agreement.

15. Programme Participation

Participation in the Consignment Programme is voluntary and subject to prior agreement between Cyrusher and the Ambassador or partner.

Before receiving a consignment vehicle, the participating party will be asked to review and sign the relevant Participation Agreement confirming the specific arrangement for that vehicle.
