Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, providing effective solutions and delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Assemble brand-new bikes with meticulous attention to detail, adhering to industry standards and specifications.
- Offer professional advice and guidance to customers, providing personalized recommendations on bike components, accessories, and maintenance practices.
- Maintain an organized and well-equipped workshop, managing inventory, ordering parts, and utilizing advanced tools and equipment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, trends, and emerging technologies, continuously expanding your knowledge and sharing expertise with colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bike Mechanic or in a similar role, preferably in a reputable bike shop or cycling-related environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of bike repair, maintenance, and adjustment techniques, with expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical issues.
- In-depth understanding of various bike components, systems, and technology, including drivetrains, braking systems, suspension, and wheel building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results within specified timelines.
